We are renting out the whole furnished upstairs with Ensuite bathroom and toilet. Kitchen and lounge area are shared with us.
$195 per week includes furniture and gas. Power and internet NBN are extra cost shared with us. Available from 30/06/17. 3 weeks bond required.
We look for full time working singles ONLY, non smoking and clean is a must! Better someone who doesn't stay home much at weekend.
